Trent grew up in Iowa and moved to the Brevard area in 2019. He played baseball at Bellevue University in Nebraska and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in health and human performance. While growing up in the city of Bettendorf, he was a 4 sport high school athlete earning many honors including All American in baseball. Trent also coached baseball at Bettendorf High school for 3 years before deciding to move away for other opportunities playing baseball. He continued his career training and playing for several different teams as a pitcher and outfielder up until he decided to move to Brevard. During his time playing in college he had a SLAP tear on his throwing shoulder and went through physical therapy several times learning about rehabilitation and prevention. Before completing his degree he took an internship with a physical therapy center and considered continuing his education by getting another degree to become a physical therapist before ultimately deciding to play baseball instead.
Since working at the Brevard Health and Racquet Club in 2021, Trent has enjoyed meeting a multitude of friendly members as well as an awesome and welcoming staff. He currently works on our Desk Staff and assists with maintenance around the club.
