Boot Camp 2019 - Beginning March 18th!

What: Full body circuit training class. Work upper, lower, abs cardio all in one!

Includes: TRX, Rip trainers, free weights, cables, cardio, slam balls and more!

Why: To have “fun” working out, burn calories, lose weight, gain muscle, group/instructor accountability/instruction and more!

Where: BHRC’s new bootcamp/hot yoga studio : 167 Rosman Hwy


  •  4-week session begins March 18 (prorated for late starters)

  •  Monday at 5:45pm

  •  Wednesdays at 5:35pm

  •  Tuesday and Thursdays at 8:30am

Cost (BHRC Members):

  •  2x/Week – $59 (only $7.40/class)

  •  3x/week – $79 (only $6.55/class)

Cost (Non-Members):

  •  2x/Week – $75 (only $9.30/class)

  •  3x/week – $99 (only $8.25/class)

Drop-in rate:

  • BHRC Members – $10 per class (if spot is available)

  • Non-Members – $12 per class (if spot is available)
